Samsung is expected to unveil its Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge device later today at MWC 2016 in Barcelona, Spain. However, with less than a day left until the event, a video showing the latter has been published online revealing most of the phone's features.

However, if you don't understand Spanish, here is another leak that will fill in some blanks for you in case you're not yet aware of the Galaxy S7 edge's main specs.

The folks over at SamsungViet published a few pictures of the Galaxy S7 edge's sale packaging, which confirms some of the phone's specs.

Most of these specs have been rumored for quite some time, but we did not have any confirmation until today. First of all, the Galaxy S7 edge, and possible Galaxy S7 too, will be water- and dust-resistant (IP68 certified).

Also, Samsung's flagship will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Wireless charging and 5.5-inch sAMOLED display

Even though the name of the chipset is not mentioned on the packaging, we can safely assume the smartphone will come with an Exynos 8890 processor inside.

But Samsung will also launch another version of Galaxy S7 edge, which will come equipped with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. Depending on the region, customers will be able to get one or the other.

Also, the packaging confirms 4G LTE support, a dual pixel 12-megapixel rear-facing camera and the 5-megapixel camera in the front.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge sports a 5.5-inch sAMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution and it's KNOX protected.

Last but not least, there are no details on battery capacity, but Galaxy S7 edge will come with wireless charging (charging pad required).
