Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 is less than a week away from its official unveiling, and it already is one of the smartphones that got the most exposure before the official launch. Samsung recently released a TV ad in South Korea, teasing some features on the handset, but now it seems that the Note 7 has leaked in a new video.

The video has been spotted on TechTastic, and it's 11 minutes long. It appears to be shot in Korea since the software indicates that it's for SK Telecom, which resides in the country. The smartphone seems to pack an Exynos 8890 with 4GB of RAM, which confirms the rumor that the device could come just with this RAM capacity. The camera on the Note 7 seems to be Sony IMX260, possibly 12MP, like on the Galaxy S7.

The video starts with a presentation of the hardware, including the Always on Display feature on its dual-edge screen. In addition, the video presents the S Pen stylus, which is located on the side of the phone, just like on the Note 5.

The video reveals the speed with which the Note 7 is unlocked

In addition, the video presents the iris scanner, and it shows the time needed for the phone to be unlocked, more exactly, 0.22 seconds.

The video also shows how the Galaxy Note 7 scores during several benchmarking tests, and its performance is more than satisfactory, considering its specs.

In fact, processor power and RAM capacity seem to be the same as on the Galaxy S7, but one must keep in mind that this is simply a prototype designed for the South Korean market. Europeans will most likely get the Snapdragon 820 processor model and possibly the same RAM capacity of 4GB.

Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Note 7 during Unpacked in New York, scheduled for August 2. The event will be broadcast on the company's website, and similar events will take place in other cities, on the same day.
