Samsung’s Galaxy C5 Pro has already received TENAA and Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance and it seems that the phone was recently spotted on GFXBench as well. As per usual, listings on benchmarking sites do reveal some details about upcoming phones.

The listing on GFXBench shows that the Galaxy C5 Pro could come with a 5.5-inch display, which contradicts the TENAA listing which announced a 5.2-inch screen for the upcoming phone. It’s worth mentioning that benchmark listings do sometimes get the display sizes of phones wrong.

That being said, the new phone might have an octa-core 2.2GHz CPU and come with Full HD display resolution. Moreover, it appears to have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which could be expanded using a microSD card.

Samsung could announce the Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro on January 21

Rear camera capacity might reach 16MP, with a similar 16MP camera in the front for conducting video calls and snapping selfies. Specs detailed in the GFXBench listing are in line with rumors from the past few weeks. Battery capacity on the upcoming Galaxy C5 Pro might reach 3,000mAh, enough to keep the phone’s lights on.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy C5 Pro on January 21, alongside the Galaxy C7 Pro. The two phones will be unveiled in China and it remains to be seen when they hit other markets as well.

The Galaxy C7 Pro is rumored to come with a much larger display, a 5.7-inch Full HD AMOLED screen. The phone could have 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal memory, which can be expanded to 256GB using a microSD card.

A 2.2GHz Snapdragon 626 processor coupled with Adreno 506 graphics processing unit could be incorporated into the phone. Rear camera capacity might reach 16MP with a 16MP sensor in the front. The Galaxy C7 Pro could have a larger battery at 3,300mAh and run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. It is said to come in three color variants, gold, pink and dark blue.
