Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy C5 Pro first surfaced last fall, and quite a few months later, the smartphone has yet to be unveiled. SamMobile has just obtained a copy of the Retail Mode demo video of the Galaxy C5 Pro.

The video is used in brick-and-mortar Samsung and third-party retailer stores to promote the phone and all of its features. It suggests that the phone will come in a full-metal body with a new design for the antenna lines.

The video suggests that the smartphone will come with Samsung’s Always-On-Display, and the device will be provided in a pink color variant, aside from other options.

Samsung is expected to launch the phone in China and make it available to other countries as well, but it remains to be seen if the two variants will carry the same specs and components. The fact that Samsung put together a retail video means that the smartphone will soon be announced.

64GB of internal memory and 16MP rear camera

The Galaxy C5 Pro has already received WiFi, FCC and TENNA certifications, meaning that the phone should be announced very soon. Some rumors say that the phone could come with 6GB of RAM, although it’s most likely to pack 4GB. Internal storage could reach 64GB with the option to expand using a microSD card.

Moreover, the C5 Pro might run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and the video suggests that it will feature a 16MP rear camera with a 16MP selfie snapper in the front with skin smoothness features and stickers in the camera mode. Samsung did recently say that it intends to up capacity on upcoming mid-range smartphones, as to provide users with better sensors for capturing pictures or making video calls.

Display size could reach 5.2 or 5.5 inches with Full HD pixel resolution, while the smartphone might run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box, although 7.0 Nougat is also possible. The date featured on the phone’s display in the video seems to suggest February 28, so we’re guessing that may be the day when Samsung will officially announce the phone.
