14 DAY TRIAL // The first of many to come Samsung Galaxy Note 9 rumors are here, and it claims to show us the technical specifications and features of the upcoming Android phablet.
SlashGear has put together a set of specifications for Samsung's rumored Galaxy Note 9 phablet, which Yonhap News reported last month that the South Korean tech giant plans to release in the second half of 2018 with the next-generation Bixby 2.0 personal intelligent assistant.
As Samsung has already unveiled the technical specifications of its soon-to-hit-the-shelves Galaxy S9 smartphone line-up, SlashGear was able to guess the specs of Galaxy Note 9, which aren't official and you should take them with a grain of salt. "They’re a collection of rumor-informed best approximations," reads the report.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to sport a 6.3-inch display, 6GB RAM
Without any further ado, we'll let you feast your eyes on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 "leaked" specs. According to SlashGear, the Android phablet will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 845 chip or Samsung's Exynos 9 Octa 9810 processor, have 6GB of RAM, and sport a generous 6.3-inch display with 2960x1440 pixels resolution and Super AMOLED technology.
The device could be available in 64GB and 256GB variants, feature a dual rear 12MP AF camera sensor with one wide-angle and one telephoto lens, an 8MP selfie camera with F1.7 aperture and 1/3.6" sensor, back-mounted fingerprint sensor, iris scanner, a 3300 mAh battery, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz support, Bluetooth 5.0, and MIMO.
Other possible feature will include an all-new Samsung S Pen, wireless/quick charging capabilities, and four color options, including Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple. Most probably, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phablet will come with the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system in the box, which should be upgradable to Android 8.1 Oreo and even Android P later in 2018.
