No surprises: same changes we’ve seen 1 million times before

The iPhone 7 is expected to make its official debut in September this year, but since leaks are happening almost on a daily basis already, the public unveiling isn’t likely to generate the same interest as if everything were unknown.

Just look at today’s leak, for example. What we have here is a Rose Gold iPhone 7 compared to the iPhone 6s, and although it might be the first time we’re seeing this color in a leaked video, it shows nothing that we haven’t already known.

The 4.7-inch iPhone will come with a bigger camera and antenna lines moved to the top and the bottom of the device, so Apple is aiming to offer a completely clear back, with the emphasis to be put on the Apple logo. The headphone jack will be removed, and this is all but confirmed since all leaks are pointing to the same change, and users will have to turn to Lightning headphones in order to listen to music - no worries, though, they will come in the box with the iPhone while adapters will be sold separately.

Four color options

Instead of a 3.5mm audio port, the iPhone 7 will come with a secondary speaker grille, but the device will continue to be mono. Apple’s plan, however, is to increase the volume of iPhone speakers, so it’ll be louder when watching YouTube cat videos.

The Plus, on the other hand, will come with a dual-camera configuration, and sources seem to point to two different 12 MP units - the 4.7-inch’s camera specs are not yet known.

The Rose Gold version that you can see here is one of the four options that will be available, as is the case with the current lineup, namely: Silver, Gold, Space Gray, and Rose Gold. There were rumors that Apple might offer a Dark Gray or Deep Blue version of the iPhone 7, but the most recent leaks don’t seem to point to such a change.

Until more confirmation arrives, you can watch this rather boring video below to see all the aforementioned changes implemented on the iPhone 7.
