Your role is to play as one of the Ninja Turtles – Leo, Donnie, Raph or Mikey or unlockable characters as April and Casey Jones. Rooftop Run is an action-packed combat runner with vehicle mode. You can jump, run, fight and drive through New York's streets to get away from your enemies.
The gamer can collect energy orbs and those will help you unlock fancy weapons or gear. This may keep you ahead of the Kraang ship. If you are familiar with the Ninja Turtle's universe, this will look like home to you.

Apple has probably chosen this game over others just because of the upcoming movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." The flick will be released on August 8 in US Cinemas and will be available worldwide on August 22.
In the movie, April will be played by the beautiful Megan Fox and will star celebrities like Whoopi Goldberg, Jonny Knoxville or Tony Shalhoub.
