14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has just revealed the lineup of free titles coming to the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection this August. PS4 owners get four different titles, including Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, whereas PS3 and PS Vita users also get four titles on their platforms.
The PlayStation Plus service is one of the most compelling deals in the console gaming industry, as not only does the subscription offer multiplayer access on PS4 but it also brings different other features, chief among which being the Instant Game Collection.
PS4, PS3, and PS Vita users get to enjoy many free games in August
Now, Sony confirms the August lineup of titles coming to the Instant Game Collection and it's quite an impressive one, according to the announcement on the PS blog.
First up, PS4 users get to enjoy Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, the 4-player co-op isometric action-adventure experience that continues the saga begun in Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
They can also score Limbo, as the classic side-scrolling indie experience is available on the PS4 platform.
Sound Shapes, the impressive music-based title that features not just a stellar soundtrack but also fetching visuals and a powerful level editor, is available for free across PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.
A similar multi-platform offering is Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones, the side-scrolling puzzle platformer that's also available on the PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.
PS3 users can also score a free copy of God of War: Ascension, the latest chapter in the hack-and-slash saga made by Sony Santa Monica.
Meanwhile, CastleStorm, the side-scrolling adventure experience that pits knights against vikings, is available for free on the PS3 and PS Vita platforms.
All the new titles will be available for free to all PlayStation Plus subscribers next week, on August 4, all around the world. Check them all out in the video below.
