14 DAY TRIAL // The Pokemon Company has just launched an Android application on Google Play Store. Before you get too excited, we should let you know that this is not a Pokemon game for Android devices.
Yes, that's quite unfortunate for Pokemon fans, but the company owning the amazingly popular franchise announced the Pokemon Jukebox, an application that allows users to listen to music from their favorite Pokemon games, is not available in Google Play Store.
As expected, the application doesn't cost anything to download and install, but the songs that you will want to listen through Pokemon Jukebox are available for purchase.
Apart from the fact that you can listen to some songs from Pokemon games, the Jukebox application comes with some useful features like playlist creation, looping, keyword song search, custom tagging, medleys, and more.
According to developers, in the first month, Pokemon fans will be able to listen to more than 200 songs from the adventures in Pokemon Red, Blue, FireRed, LeafGreen, HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Developers also confirmed that more songs will be added from the Pokemon series titles such as Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, as well as Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire.
It's also worth mentioning that Pokemon Jukebox is not available for iOS devices, and for the time being it doesn't look like there will be an app of this kind released in App Store.
However, developers announced that Apple users can continue to purchase Pokemon songs from the iTunes store.
You can now download Pokemon Jukebox for Android for free via Google Play store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 4.1 and up.
Keep in mind that while the Pokemon songs you can listen to through this application can be purchased via in-app purchases, users will be offered three new Pokemon songs each day which they can listen to at no charge.
