Developers also celebrate 150 million sessions on Windows

Game Troopers has just announced that one of its most popular games, Overkill 3, has reached 150 million sessions on Windows. At the same time, the game has been played by more than 2 million players.

In order the celebrate this impressive achievement, Game Troopers has informed us that a new update is now available for Overkill 3 on both Windows and Windows Phone platform.

Some of the new features and improvements included in this update have been long awaited by Windows Phone players, and now they will finally be able to take advantage of them.

First of all, developers have confirmed they have enhanced gamepad usage and that they have enabled analog sticks for aiming. The entire tutorial experience has been improved to offer more tips and hints to new players.

An impressive achievement for Overkill, celebrated in style

Weapons accuracy has been redone from scratch, and aiming feature has been updated and reviewed. Popup windows have been rearranged to maximize gameplay, while the Endless mode is now accessible from all situations.

Furthermore, developers have extended notifications in Windows, and all achievements have been made available to obtain for all players.

Performance has been improved as well thanks to the new texture optimizations. Some stability improvements have been implemented in the update too, along with some bug fixes.

For example, the cross-save feature has been fixed, along with the localization in several languages, which have been enhanced as well.

Last but not least, some other major bugs have been addressed as well, and developers have confirmed they have re-arranged certain labels in the game for better readability.
