14 DAY TRIAL // Oukitel is less known worldwide, but it's a popular brand in China where it sells its Android smartphones for quite some time now.
The latest addition to Oukitel's portfolio of Android smartphone is the U10. The smartphone has been recently introduced in China, but thanks to major e-retailer GearBest, Oukitel U10 ships for free anywhere in the world.
The bad news is Oukitel U10 is only available through flash sales every Tuesday beginning July 14. This means that not everyone will be able to grab one since stock will be limited.
According to GearBest, the U10 will start shipping from August 15, so if you order one in the next couple of weeks, you won't have to wait too long to receive your device.
But the best part is yet to follow. It looks like Oukitel U10 is available for purchase for just $150, which is bang for the buck considering the phone's specs sheet. If you don't want to wait for the next flash sale, then you can pay $10 more and pre-order the U10 right away.
First of all, the U10 ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box and no bloatware whatsoever. Oukitel also highlights of the phone's Press TouchID function, which is also implemented in Apple's iPhone.
It's available in either black or champagne colors
The U10 is powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, a Mali-T760 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM.
The smartphone comes with 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
On the back, Oukitel U10 packs a 13-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, dual-tone LED flash and video recording, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera with 88-degrees wide-angle for selfies and video calls.
The U10 offers dual-SIM and 4G LTE support. It's also worth mentioning the smartphone is powered by a 2,850 mAh non-removable battery with quick charging.
