The openSUSE developers have found some bugs, which are not fixed yet. Here is a short list with the most annoying ones and their workarounds:

■ Automatic Configuration after boot into installed system behaves weird. No workaround yet; ■ Installation leaves traces of Live system. No workaround yet; ■ GNOME Main Menu is slow to respond. Workaround: Click on volume control in the panel, Configure local sound server then check "Enable network access to local sound devices"; ■ GNOME is extremely slow (logging in takes >1 minute etc). Workaround: Add your hostname to /etc/hosts.

Remember that this is a beta release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only. Please report bugs to the openSUSE Bug Tracker
