OnePlus is preparing a major event next month for the launch of its upcoming flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 3. Until then, the company is giving 30 lucky fans the possibility of getting their hands on the smartphone before anyone else and sending feedback to OnePlus.

OnePlus surely knows how to create hype around its flagship phones. Aside from holding a launch event in virtual reality, allowing fans to buy the OnePlus 3 in VR or dropping prices for company smartphones, OnePlus is now offering 30 fans the opportunity to review the smartphone before anyone else.

Fans would need to compete for a spot on the reviewer team and 30 lucky winners will get their hands on a OnePlus 3 smartphone. For several days, they are expected to inspect the device and write an in-depth review. However, fans won’t be able to keep the devices after the review is submitted.

Users in all regions are eligible for participation and the application will be closed in 5 days. Fans can apply on OnePlus’s dedicated page.

OnePlus 3 was listed on the FCC

Furthermore, OnePlus 3 recently paid a visit to TENAA and now the FCC. The latter wasn’t as generous with details as TENAA, but some key specs were revealed nevertheless. The FCC showed that the OnePlus 3 would come in two variants. The main difference between them will be storage capacities, as usual.

The FCC listed two model numbers, OnePlus A3000 and OnePlus A3003. It revealed that the smartphone will support various network bands and will have a 3,000mAh battery with dimensions of 141747mm. The phone is expected to weigh 158.75 grams and run on Oxygen 3.1.0 based on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.

OnePlus 3 will come with 5.5-inch AMOLED display and a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, clocked at 2.15GHz and have 4GB of RAM, together with 64GB of expandable storage. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled on June 14.
