The first real image of the Samsung Galaxy S8 leaked earlier this month, but the first live images showing the phone from more angles have started to emerge in the last couple of days.

If you haven't read our previous report that contains some live images of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8, here is another set of pictures spotted by Playfuldroid that show the same device.

Although we aren't offered a view of the back side of the phone, it's obvious the phone doesn't come with a physical Home button and that it will boast an edge-to-edge display.

Due to the thin upper and bottom bezels, the size of the smartphone remains within standard limits, even though the display is larger than Galaxy S7 edge's.

Unfortunately, we can't tell for sure which version of the Galaxy S8 is captured in these pictures. Rumor has it Samsung plans to launch two Galaxy S8 variants based on the size of the display: 5.7- or 5.8 inches and 6.2 inches.

Still, we do know both models will sport curved-edge display, which seem to have caused some ruckus on the internet, as many Samsung fans prefer flat screens and/or smaller displays.

Another controversial piece of information that seems to have been confirmed by the first image of the Galaxy S8 that leaked a few weeks ago is the positioning of the fingerprint scanner.

Since the smartphone doesn't come with a Home button in the front, Samsung was forced to put it on the back side. However, the position chosen by the company is awkward, making the use of the feature a nightmare.

Samsung Galaxy S8 won't be announced later this week at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. However, we hope to get a small preview of what's to come, as Samsung is expected to run a 1-minute Galaxy S8 video teaser during its February 26 press conference.
