Ben Williams of the Fedora Respins-SIG project is back after a three-week break to inform users of the Fedora community about the availability of a new set of updated Fedora 25 Linux Live ISO respins.

The F25-20170704 updated live ISO images of the Fedora 25 operating system are now available, and they bring all the latest security and software updates that have been released through the stable channels of Fedora 25 during the month of June, as well as a new kernel, Linux 4.11.8.

"We the Fedora Respins-SIG are happy to announce new F25-20170704 Updated Lives. (with Kernel 4.11.8-200). With F25 we are now using Livemedia-creator to build the updated lives," says Ben Williams. "As always the isos can be found at http://tinyurl.com/Live-respins2."

These Live Respins of Fedora 25 will save you about 800MB of updates

As mentioned by Ben Williams above, these new set of Fedora 25 Live ISO respins are built using the Livemedia-creator utility that can be installed from the main repositories of the operating system and used for building your own Fedora 25-based Live ISOs. Detailed instruction on how to achieve this can be found here.

However, they are mainly designed for people who plan on reinstalling their Fedora 25 operating system and don't want to download hundreds of updates from the repositories after the installation, as well as those who want to deploy Fedora 25 on new computers.

With these new builds of Fedora 25 Live ISOs you will save about 800MB of updates after install. You can download them right now (link above) as either Fedora 25 Workstation (GNOME), Fedora 25 KDE, Fedora 25 Xfce, Fedora 25 LXDE, Fedora 25 Cinnamon, Fedora 25 MATE, and Fedora 25 SoaS (Sugar on a Stick).
