netOS Studio 10.65 is the first release of the Linux-based operating system, which has been designed with content creators in mind, including musicians, video and movie makers, designers, painters, photographers, and all sorts of digital artists. It comes with a bunch of utilities for producing audio, video and animation.

As expected, netOS Studio is based on the Ubuntu Linux operating system and is built around the lightweight Xfce desktop environment, just like Ubuntu Studio.

netOS Studio 10.65 is free for download right now as a 64-bit Live ISO image that lets you install the operating system on your personal computer or use it directly from the live medium (USB or DVD). Black Lab Software promises to offer free forum and group support, but you can also buy a subscription with one year of phone and e-mail support. Please note that the Live ISO username is "custom" without a password.
