French mobile phone manufacturer Sagem is going to release a DVB-H handset, the myMobileTV, to the market in the second quarter of the year.

Now, when you think of Sagem, 'entry-level' will most likely come to mind. The last time they released something, the mobile phones could be described as very affordable and entry-level.

In this case, the mobile phone actually comes with some pretty advanced features, proving that Sagem is capable of producing some very nice handsets.

Its screen is 2.2 inch and has a 320 x 240 pixel resolution and the myMobileTV features a 2.0 megapixel camera with DSC-like viewfinder mode, Tv-out, Bluetooth with stereo headset support and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion, allowing the user to store a larger number of files.

The mobile phone was presented at the 3GSM World Congress and it is said to offer approximately 3 hours of mobile TV and 5 hours of talk time.

One of its features is something you would find in the iPhone, Rich-Media TV client with automatic user interface rotation. And it looks like before the iPhone's launch, several mobile phones will come out including one or more of the features the iPhone is famous for, which is why Apple's phone might be amazing now, but it might not be so popular when it starts shipping.

Going back to the Sagem myMobileTV, it comes in a clamshell form factor and with a pretty appealing design. It will start shipping during the second quarter of the year, but there is currently no information regarding the price of the handset at this time.
