Microsoft has recently announced the release of msnNOW sidebar for Firefox, a new browser add-on that keeps the latest trends on top all the time while surfing the web.

While the tech giant is also trying to promote its in-house browser, Internet Explorer, the company seems to be well aware of the fact that Mozilla is a tough player in the browser world, so providing its users with high-quality add-ons to access Microsoft services is a must.

This new plug-in shows MSN trends in a sidebar, so it’s now very easy to find the articles you want without going to the main website first.

“Now Firefox users can stay up to date on the social conversation and emerging trends via a glance-able sidebar on the right hand side of the screen. If you see something interesting, simply click on the headline and you be taken to msnNOW where our expert editors provide key insights on why it’s trending, if it's true, what people are saying about it and where to find out more,” Microsoft said.
