Motorola’s lineup for this year has leaked

Motorola is known to be working on a number of smartphones to be released later this year and it seems that the list of devices has just leaked in its entirety. Apparently, the company is working on nine ultra-budget and flagship smartphones.

Reputable leakster Evan Blass has shared an image portraying a presentation slide that reveals the smartphones that Motorola intends to announce later this year. It seems that Motorola categorized upcoming phones into five levels, with major differences in terms of price and performance.

The leak brings information about Motorola’s offerings this year, starting with the flagship Moto Z line, which will provide “Unlimited Capabilities” to users. The Moto Z2 Play will feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display and support for Moto Mods. Moto Z2 Force will have shatterproof protection, together with gigabit LTE and Snapdragon 835 platform.

Moto X4 is also featured in the image, next to the tagline “Unlimited Perfection.” It has a 5.2-inch 1080p display, smaller than it was previously rumored.

Next up is the Moto G series which offers Unlimited Premium and appears to come in the Moto gS and Moto gS+ models. Motorola already brought two devices in the Moto G line this year, while the image reveals that the Moto gS will have a 5.2-inch 1080p display and a full metal body. The Moto gS appears to sport a 5.5-inch 1080p display and dual-camera setup. The screens appear to be larger than those for the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus.

Moving on, the Moto E line will bring “Unlimited Value” with the Moto E and Moto E Plus devices, with the latter sporting a 5.5-inch 720p display with 5,000mAh battery, 2.5D glass and fingerprint sensor. The Moto E will have a 5.0-inch 720p screen and will introduce the fingerprint scanner for the first time in the Moto E line.

Lastly, the lineup includes the Moto C and Moto C Plus, which Motorola says represent “Unlimited Essentials.” Moto C will come with a 5.0-inch 480p display and 4G, while Moto C Plus will feature a 5.0-inch HD display with a 4,000mAh battery.
