Why not replace your phone with the Moto Z?

Motorola is the owner of some of the most hilarious social campaigns in the smartphone industry. The U.S. company is not afraid to make use of sexual innuendos, funny memes or aggressive remarks aimed at its rivals.

The newest social media campaign is meant to make you “break up with your old phone” through the use of a few hilarious short ads. Three videos have been recently uploaded on Moto USA's YouTube channels, which supposedly marks the debut of the marketing campaign.

Two products should benefit from the media campaign: Moto Z and Moto Mods. Each video is marked with the tagline “Move on to Moto Z with Moto Mods,” aside from their actual names: “Always Running Out of Juice?,” The Perfect Breakup Line,” and “Fantasizing About Another One?”

Some of these short ads have already been posted by Motorola on its social network accounts, so we could say the media campaign is in full swing.

We've added all three videos to the article for your viewing pleasure, but we admit that we wished there would be more since they are so funny.

It's interesting that Motorola has started advertising its last year flagship just a few weeks ahead of Mobile World Congress (MWC). The timing might have been carefully chosen by the company, as a new wave of high-end devices is expected to be announced later this month.

The Moto Z is one of the few semi-modular smartphones that was met with praises by customers and critics alike. Motorola's Moto Mods can turn the Moto Z into a true camera or professional audio speaker.

The flagship will continue to be promoted by Motorola throughout 2017 since the company plans to launch even more magnetic modules for the Moto Z. If not, the US-based handset maker will have to announce a Moto Z successor to replace it.
