Windows 10 will be here in less than a couple of weeks, and Microsoft is now giving the final touches to the operating system just to make sure that everything’s prepared for the grand launch.

Just as promised, the company started a multi-million-dollar ad effort for Windows 10 that will invade our lives with commercials, banners, and advertising material for the new operating system everywhere we look, so the very first commercials that will be aired on TV have shown up today.

Just like the first ad that was launched yesterday, Microsoft relies on kids to promote Windows 10, and that’s not at all a bad thing. Redmond’s trying to get a little bit more emotion and show the true capabilities of its operating system, suggesting that some of its features are so intuitive that even babies could use it.

“The future starts now”

And what’s more, it comes up with a new message, saying that Windows 10 can help change the world, and all of these ads use the exact same tagline.

As you can see, each ad is 16 seconds long, which means that they’re all created to aired on TV, so those in the United States should already start spotting them on their local channels.

And the company doesn’t stop here. The Windows 10 launch will be celebrated with events in several big cities across the world, with Microsoft Store staff to upgrade PCs free of charge in stores and get in touch with customers for more information on the new operating system.

“We’ll celebrate the 5 million Windows Insiders and fans who played such an instrumental role in shaping Windows 10. We will host global fan celebrations, join thousands of retailers to help customers upgrade to Windows 10, and welcome the newest generation of Windows fans via a new global advertising campaign and through online content. Better still, we will also celebrate people and organizations who upgrade our world every day. We will help them do more in their communities through a new year-long initiative, called Upgrade Your World,” Microsoft said.

Windows 10 will debut on July 29 and will be free for PCs running genuine Windows 7 or 8.1.
