Microsoft has officially released Windows 10 build 17133 to users in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider program, and this time the moment is believed to mark the first public appearance of the RTM version.

Windows 10 Spring Creators Update (version 1803) is projected to launch in April, and according to information that leaked yesterday, build 17133 is the one that was signed off as RTM. At this point, this build is only available for users in the Fast ring as part of the Windows Insider program, but since it’s the RTM release, it will soon be promoted to the Slow and Releases Preview rings as well.

Eventually, Microsoft will ship it to the production ring too, and this is expected to happen starting April 10, according to unconfirmed information.

No known issues

Naturally, build 17133 doesn’t come with too many changes, and there are only three different fixes for PC, all of which you can find in the box after the jump. There are also no known issues, and this can only be a good thing since we’re talking about the RTM release here.

Without a doubt, however, minor bugs will still be discovered by the time Microsoft begins the Spring Creators Update rollout, and the company will fix all of them with a cumulative update published on day one. This means that whoever upgrades their systems to the new OS release will then be provided with a cumulative update via Windows Update to address these last-minute bugs.

The rollout of the new OS will take place in stages, so not everyone is going to get the Spring Creators Update at first. This approach allows Microsoft to offer a much smoother experience to everyone, as bugs discovered and reported by the first batch of systems receiving the update will enable the company to fix everything before more machines are provided with the new release.
