New ISOs now available for insiders to start from scratch

Windows 10 build 15063 is said to be the RTM version of the Creators Update launching on April 11, and with this particular build now available for insiders in the Slow ring, it makes sense for Microsoft to publish new ISO images as well.

So today, the company officially rolled out Windows 10 build 15063 ISOs, allowing insiders to start from scratch and perform a clean install that brings them straight to the RTM version of the new Creators Update.

These ISOs are particularly useful for insiders running older builds, as they help them jump straight to RTM without any other downloads, and given the fact that insiders builds weren’t supposed to be installed on primary machines anyway, a clean install shouldn’t be such a big deal.

Public launch on April 11, new ISOs also expected

Just like before, the new ISOs are available in several versions, including Enterprise, Education, Single Language, and Home China delivered in Simplified Chinese. There are dedicated ISOs for both 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 10.

Since they are aimed at insiders, these ISOs need to be used to install Windows 10 on systems where the operating system was already activated on, otherwise you can continue using it for 30 days.

The final version of Windows 10 Creators Update will launch for everyone on April 11, but the rollout will take place in stages, so not all users are getting it on day 1.

On the other hand, official ISOs are also expected, meaning that retail users will be allowed to clean-install the new OS version, while the Windows 10 Update Assistant will also receive an update to be able to download and install the Creators Update.

At this point, a beta version of the Update Assistant already allows retail users to get the Creators Update a little bit earlier, so if you can’t wait for the new version to be pushed via Windows Update, you can give it a try right now.
