Microsoft Lumia 750 is one of the few Windows Phone handsets that haven't been announced by the Redmond-based company yet but are rumored to arrive soon.

We reported to you a few months ago about a new lineup of mid-range smartphones that would be released with Windows 10 Mobile right out of the box: Lumia 550, Lumia 750 and Lumia 850.

However, a few days after the initial report, there were rumors claiming that at least two of these devices were canceled and one of them would only be launched in early 2016.

Since the first press render of the Lumia 550 along with most of its specs has already been leaked earlier this week, we now know that there's a high chance that this smartphone will be announced on October 6.

Today, more news about Microsoft's lineup of Windows 10 smartphones has emerged online. As NPU points out, a new Lumia device has been spotted in AdDuplex database, and it's not the Lumia 550 that we already know about.

One smartphone available in four variants

According to AdDuplex's Alan Mendelevich, a new family of Lumia smartphones codenamed RM-1150, RM-1152, RM-1154 and RM-1156 have been included in the last survey.

More importantly, all these handsets have been confirmed to run Windows 10 Mobile operating system right out of the box.

The question is when exactly these smartphones will be released by Microsoft. The cited source also gives us a hint that suggests this is, in fact, the Lumia 750 that leaked a few months ago.

Apparently, this is one Lumia smartphone that will be available in four slightly different versions. They have in common the 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution, which is why we believe this is the Lumia 750.

Anyway, we will most likely know more about the new Lumia smartphones with Windows 10 Mobile on October 6, when Microsoft has already scheduled a launch event.
