Could it be that Microsoft's upcoming budget-friendly smartphone, the Lumia 650, comes with a metal frame? Considering its rather high price, it better be.

The folks over at Winfuture.de have just published a few more pictures of Microsoft's unannounced Lumia 650. They seem like the best images of the smartphone that we have seen until today, so check them all out in the gallery below.

In case you didn't notice, Lumia 650 comes with a shiny silver frame that might or might not be made of metal. The pictures also reveal that the smartphone will be available in two color options: black and white.

Another piece of information revealed in these pictures is the fact that Lumia 650 will offer LTE support despite previous rumors that claimed the smartphone won't include this feature.

It might come with either 8GB or 16GB storage

Pictures aside, the German site claims it has received some information on the smartphone's specs, such as the fact that it might come with either 8GB or 16GB of internal memory.

This means that Microsoft will launch two Lumia 650 variants, based on the amount of storage. Either way, the smartphone will include microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB).

The phone will be powered by a 2,000 mAh battery and will pack an 8-megapixel camera on the back, coupled with a 5-megapixel selfie camera in the front.

Another detail revealed by the source is the thickness of the smartphone. It appears that Lumia 650 will be only 7.27mm, which is pretty thin for a budget-friendly device.

For the time being, information on the chipset inside the Lumia 650 is a bit confusing, so it's unclear if it will come with a 1.1GHz or 1.3GHz quad-core processor.

Microsoft is now expected to announce the Lumia 650 on February 15. The smartphone will cost € 220 in France and Germany, but it will be available for the same price in other countries as well.
