We've just reported earlier today about Microsoft's Lumia 550, and it looks like the first render of the device has just leaked online.

As mentioned in our previous report, the Lumia 550 should be one of the few Windows Phone handsets to pack a front-facing LED flash even though it's said to feature a 1.2-megapixel secondary camera.

Anyway, judging from the picture that has just leaked via Russian blog OneTile.ru, the Lumia 550 might not come with a front-facing LED flash, but there is something unusual placed on the right upper corner of the device.

The press render confirms the Lumia 550 will definitely be available in cyan, but additional color options will most likely be provided as well.

As expected, the smartphone will ship with Windows 10 Mobile right out of the box, though a certain release date for the affordable Lumia 550 has yet to be confirmed.

Many of you probably know by now what the smartphone has to offer in terms of specs, but for those who did not read our previous reports, here is a quick recap.

Hopefully, the final price won't be higher than €100/$100

Apparently, Lumia 550 will be powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The device might sport a 4.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution. It will also offer LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with AGPS support, and microUSB 2.0.

The Lumia 550 should pack a 5-megapixel camera on the back, which should feature LED flash, autofocus and video recording, while on the front, there should be a 1.2-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The handset is expected to cost around €120 ($120), but the retail price has yet to be confirmed by Microsoft. Speaking of which, Lumia 550 is likely to be unveiled on October 6, so stay tuned for more on this one.
