Following their tradition of announcing a new device via their official Twitter account, Chinese consumer electronics company Meizu today unveiled the Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus flagship Android smartphones.

With every single angle of the device being endlessly perfected, the Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 launch in Black, Silver, Gold, and Red variants with a Super AMOLED display on the back, not an e-ink one as initially thought, sporting plenty of features and live wallpapers (check out the video attached below to see it in action).

Meizu PRO 7 comes with two 12 MP Sony IMX386 camera sensors with a large f/2.0 aperture for astonishing photos, though the Meizu PRO 7 has separate lens for color and black and white photography, just like Huawei did with their flagship P10 Plus smartphone, allowing for even better night shots.

Best of all, thanks to the rear Super AMOLED display, users can take selfies with the rear camera, too, in addition to the powerful 16 MP front camera. Featuring realistic colors with 103% NTSC color gamut and 10000:1 contrast ratio, the 5.2-inch screen of the Meizu PRO 7 and 5.7-inch screen of Meizu PRO 7 are an absolute beauty to look at, also using Super AMOLED technology.

Under the hood, both Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus are powered by a MediaTek Helio X30 10nm processor that features 10 cores and a maximum frequency of 2.6GHz. While Meizu PRO 7 has 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of EMMC 5.1 internal storage, Meizu PRO 7 Plus comes with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB or 128GB of UFS2.1 internal storage.

The devices feature advanced charging capabilities thanks to mCharge 3.0 on the Meizu PRO 7 and mCharge 4.0 on the Meizu PRO 7 Plus, and a 25W 5V 5A charger that promises to charge your Meizu PRO 7 Plus smartphone from 0 to 67% in only 30 minutes. Meizu PRO 7 comes with a 3000mAh battery and the Meizu PRO 7 Plus features a large 3500mAh battery.

Both smartphones use the latest version of Meizu's Flyme OS, which appears to be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat. In the box, customers will get the new Meizu Flow earphones. Best of all, Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus have a dedicated audio processing chip, allowing for an even clearer and crisper sound, not to mention that the rear display will redefine your music listening experience.
