Many of us, Android fans, can’t wait to see what HTC 10 has to offer in terms of specs and features. However, some are actually waiting for Meizu’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Pro 6, which is expected to be unveiled on April 13, one day after HTC 10 goes official.

Although some of the companies that launched flagship smartphones this year tried to bring something unique in their devices, which would make them stand out from other handsets in the same price range.

The most intriguing seems to be LG’s G5 flagship, which features a semi-modular design, but Chinese company Vivo recently launched the world’s first smartphone to pack 6GB RAM.

Another Chinese OEM, Meizu now wants to introduce its top-tier phone and rumor has it that the device will offer something unique.

According to a new report coming from GizmoChina, Meizu Pro 6 will feature a 10-LED ring flash, which is supposed to make night pictures look stunning. The phone’s camera is also said to feature laser autofocus, as well as 4K video recording.

Unconfirmed rumors claim the phone could also include 6GB RAM

Unfortunately, none of the information has been confirmed by Meizu yet, though some of the pictures published by the company show a circular LED flash on the back side. It remains to be seen whether or not the ring-centric flash will feature 10 LEDs.

Apart from that, Meizu has just teased new details about the Pro 6, such as the fact that the smartphone will come with fast charging technology, which could be either MediaTek Pump Express or Quick Charge 2.0.

The bad news is we have no idea what type of battery will power the Meizu Pro 6. The rumor mill “confirmed” the flagship should boast a larger 5.7-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, as well as an impressive 21-megapixel rear camera.

Another unconfirmed rumor claims the Pro 6 will pack 4GB or 6GB of RAM, along with microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB).
