The Manjaro development team, through Philip Müller, has posted an interesting article on the project's website informing the entire Linux community that they need your help to contribute to the Arch Linux-based distribution.

According to Mr. Müller, the Manjaro Community is a bunch of great people, but the Manjaro Linux distribution still needs talented members who love to work in a great community or have mad coding skills, especially in C++, Bash, Python, and Qt.

Additionally, the Manjaro Linux developers also need people who can contribute with language translations and documentation, as well as folks who can help others with various issues they encounter in the Manjaro forums and its IRC and Facebook channels.

"We love our project and everybody in it does his best for the greater good. So join us and be part of it. Feel free to contact us in any way it may fit for you. Don’t wait to long, as we might just release our next big thing," says Philip Müller on behalf of the Manjaro development team.

Anyone can contribute to Manjaro Linux

Therefore, if you have at least one of the skills mentioned above and you’d love to contribute to the development of the Manjaro Linux distribution, do not hesitate to contact the team as soon as possible.

We remind everyone that Manjaro Linux is a distribution derived from the powerful, popular, highly customizable and lightweight Arch Linux operating system, which follows a rolling-release model and the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) principle.

Update: At the request of our readers, we've updated the article with information about the Manjaro Linux distribution, in order to make it easier for newcomers to understand what project they are getting involved in. More details about Manjaro can be found on the distro's website.
