14 DAY TRIAL // If you're thinking going walkies is a pastime activity reserved for those who own dogs or maybe oddly obedient cats, think again. It just so happens that hamsters can too make perfect strolling companions, just as long as you can find a leash small enough to fit their teeny tiny bodies.
The guy in the videos below appears to have found such a leash. Or maybe he fashioned it himself. Whatever is happening in these videos, it sure looks perfectly adorable.
Apparently, the man and his hamster BFF live somewhere in Japan. They go for walks every day. It's all part of their bonding and spending quality time together routine, if you will.
Not long ago, they chanced to cross paths with some folks who filmed them and then shared footage of them on social media. Soon enough, the hamster and the man became viral celebrities.
To be perfectly honest, the rodent doesn't look like it knows what's happening. It keeps going in circles, sniffing the ground. Maybe it's disoriented or maybe it's just camera shy.
Whatever its reasons, it would do well to spruce up its performance now that it's a celebrity. After all, it's safe to assume the next time they encounter him on the street, people will expect more of it than just watch it frolicking around on the pavement.
Perhaps it could attempt to breakdance or try its miniature paws at a parkour scheme or two. Now this would be a show to remember.
