Danish technology company, Lumigon released the world’s first smartphone with night vision camera. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the device also packs some really powerful specs including an octa-core processor and 128GB of internal memory.

Lumigon T3 should be the successor to the company’s Lumigon T2 launched way back in 2012. The new smartphone has a stunning design and impresses with its specs as well.

It comes with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, as well as damage resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 4 coating and the developer mentioned that the smartphone was crafted in marine-grade 316 stainless steel.

It incorporates an ultra-fast octa-core Helio X10 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and comes with 3GB of RAM, as well as 128GB of internal memory. The most impressive feature on this smartphone is the rear camera that has 13MP and comes with dual tone flash.

It also has phase detection autofocus and supports 4K video recording. The 4MP night vision camera with dual IR flash is the first on a smartphone. Rear camera can also manage 128FPS slow motion video. Front camera capacity reaches 5MP.

The smartphone is available in multiple color variants

The smartphone is water and dust resistant and measures 137 x 69 x 7.9 mm. It weighs 145g and runs Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box. Lumogon T3 supports dual Nano SIM, as well as wireless charging. Audio capacities on this smartphone are also more than satisfactory, the device can playback 24-bit/192kHz sound.

Lumigon T3 is available in multiple colors, including black, white, orange and it comes with a 24-karat gold edition. However, the price seems quite steep for such a phone, $925 (€816) for the regular version, while the Black Edition is even more expensive, $1200 (€1058). More color variants are set to be launched in June, while the price for upcoming editions is expected to be even higher.
