The Logic Supply hardware company, known for selling all sorts of industrial and embedded computers powered by GNU/Linux operating systems like Ubuntu, announced the general availability of a fanless Internet of Things (IoT) gateway.

Designed from the ground up to ease the control and management of energy and operational data in industrial sites and commercial buildings, the new CC150 fanless computer is dubbed "Internet of Things Gateway" and it is powered by Candi’s embedded IoT Server software stack.

The launch of the Logic Supply's Internet of Things Gateway comes as a terrific news for businesses who have previously used Candi Controls' IoT Server to control, manage, and monitor data from communicating devices, as the platform is now pre-configured into the CC150 computer and they won't have to pay extra for it.

"Commercial class gateways are at the heart of the industrial Internet of Things," says JP Ishaq, product manager at Logic Supply. "By creating an off-the-shelf solution for our customers who use Candi’s IoT platform, we are reducing the time-to-revenue every business desires."

"We searched for a gateway partner with a track record of product availability, expertise, and customer service to supply enterprise customers with industrial PCs," says Steve Raschke, Candi CEO. "Logic Supply was the nimble, highly capable, and quality-focused company Candi needed to support the requirements of our customers who deploy and resell IoT Services."
