LG is rumored to launch its G6 flagship in early March, before Samsung's Galaxy S8 and possibly Huawei's P10 and P10 Plus smartphones.

Although the South Korean company hasn't yet confirmed when exactly the LG G6 will be officially unveiled, we know for sure the smartphone will be announced in late February at Mobile World Congress (MWC).

Today, LG teased some of the features that fans should expect in its G6. This is not the first time LG is talking about its upcoming flagship, as the handset maker has already confirmed the phone will sport a large 5.7-inch display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

LG has also stated that it will ditch the semi-modular design for its upcoming flagship smartphones, including the G6. The name of the phone has been confirmed too, as LG G6.

Now a new video published by LG suggests the G6 will feature a larger display than the predecessor model, but a smaller body.

As many of you probably know by now, LG G5 sports a 5.3-inch display, so a 5.7-inch screen would be a big change for those used to standard-sized phones.

Luckily, LG suggests that the G6 will feature a “smaller body,” but we won't find out how small that means until the smartphone goes official or new information leaks online.

Another important feature that will probably please many LG fans is the fact that the G6 will be waterproof. That's one of the features that we will probably start to see more often in flagship smartphones.

The video also suggests that these features have been included in the LG G6 based on customer feedback. Since it will meet all these requirements suggested by consumers, the G6 is supposed to be the “ideal smartphone.”

Another hint to the February reveal of its flagship appears at the end of the video: “Your wishes for the ideal smartphone will come to life. Stay tuned for its arrival in February 2017.”
