We’ve been talking about LG trademarking a bunch of mystery phones like the G4 Note and the G4 Graphy or G4 Script, so obviously LG is cooking something up.

We already know that the company is scheduled to release a new premium-ish smartphone by the end of the year, but we’re not sure whether this is going to be the LG G4 Pro or the LG G4 Note.

However, let’s take a look at the latest details the rumor mill has to offer us. According to new information coming to us via G for Games, the LG G4 Note/Pro model will be officially unveiled on October 10.

Still, don’t expect the new phone to be intrinsically different from the LG G4, as the two will share most of the specs and visual characteristics.

The LG G4 is already a few months old (it was launched in April), so LG fans are quite curious to see what their favorite company will come up with.

What's it going to be, the G4 Note or G4 Pro?

According to the latest hearsay, the LG G4 Note/Pro will not be so different from its predecessor. Apparently, we’re bound to see the same plastic build, removable battery, and 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution.

What will supposedly differentiate the LG G4 Note/Pro phablet is the dual-camera setup which is reportedly capable of shooting great imagery.

Previous rumors had claimed that the LG G4 Note/Pro would come with a metal build and Snapdragon 820 processor, but given that the phone will arrive in October, this will certainly not be the case. The Snapdragon 820 is expected to make it out in December, while the first devices bundling the silicon will launch in March 2016.

So, it seems pretty accurate to speculate that LG will probably make use of the Snapdragon 810 for the upcoming LG G4 Note/Pro. Or who knows, the company might continue to rely on the services of the Snapdragon 808 which keeps alive its current flagship, the G4.

We surely hope that the upcoming device will come with a Stylus. Samsung needs some real competition in this department.
