Lenovo continues to launch smartphones, but this time we won't be talking about another Chinese release. The Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite is now available for purchase in several European countries, but the Chinese company is still mum on the new device.

The Vibe X3 Lite might be the same device as the Lenovo A7010, which leaked last week but wasn't really confirmed by the Chinese handset maker.

This is the same smartphone released in China back in mid-November. Lenovo announced last month that Vibe X3 Lite would be available for purchase in China for around €265 outright, so it looks like the European version has been priced similarly.

If you haven't read our previous article about Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite, here is a quick rundown of the phone's specs in case you plan on getting a mid-range Android smartphone.

First of all, the smartphone ships with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, but there's a high chance the Vibe X3 Lite will be upgraded to Marshmallow next year.

Pretty good smartphone for the price

Hardware-wise, the handset includes a 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, a Mali-T720 graphics processing unit, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The Vibe X3 Lite offers both 4G LTE and Hybrid Dual SIM support. It also features Wi-Fi, 3G HSPA+, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS with AGPS support.

Furthermore, the handset sports a large 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating. Also, the phone is powered by a 3,100 mAh removable battery.

Instead of the 13-megapixel read-facing camera included in the Chinese version, the European model comes with a much better 16-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, dual-LED flash, and video recording.

Just like the Vibe X3, the Lite version comes with exceptional audio features like Texas Instruments OPA1612 amplifier, a Cirrus Logic WM8281 codec for noise and echo cancellation, and a high-end Sabre 9018C2M DAC. Dolby Atmos audio technology is included, too.
