Last month, we were telling you that the Lenovo Vibe P1 leaked online. The phone first showed up in the rumor mill a while ago, as we were expecting it to make a debut at MWC 2015 in Barcelona, but that didn’t happen after all.

However, it now seems highly likely that the Vibe P1 will show its face at the IFA 2015 tradeshow in Berlin in the first few days of September.

But before Lenovo has had a chance to officially unveil the phone, a Chinese online retailer has already listed the Vibe P1 on its website giving us a glimpse of what the device will look like (as reported by Tech2).

According to the newly found information, the smartphone will end up costing the equivalent of $309.99 / €269. The Vibe P1 is one of those handsets that offer higher-class mid-range specs by arriving with a 5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution.

The Lenovo Vibe P1 has better specs than previously expected

Under the hood lies a Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, working hand in hand with an Adreno 405 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.

The phone features a 13MP main camera, while up in front sits a 5MP snapper for taking selfies and video chats. As we told you before, the Vibe P1 will draw life from a chunky 5,000 mAh battery, which should ensure that the handset can sustain a prolonged life cycle.

Given that premium devices like the Galaxy Note5 come with skimpy batteries inside, the Lenovo Vibe P1’s substantial powerhouse will certainly be appreciated by mobile users.

A fingerprint scanner is also part of the whole affair, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed on the device, with the company’s Vibe UI interface running on top. Last but not least, the Vibe P1 takes advantage of 4G LTE connectivity, dual SIM, and Dual Standby capabilities.
