One of the largest Chinese handset makers, Lenovo is about to unleash yet another mid-range Android smartphone, the Vibe P1.

Lenovo Vibe P1 has been recently spotted at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission, which means it won't be long until the smartphone are officially introduced on the market.

Since the latest Lenovo smartphones in the mid-range category have been so successful in various markets, we have no doubt that the Vibe P1 will sell very well in China, India or any other countries that the handset maker plans to launch the device.

While we don't have any details on Lenovo's Vibe P1, we do have some info on the phone's specs sheet. As mentioned earlier, this is a mid-range smartphone, which will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box.

On the inside, the Vibe P1 is equipped with a 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, an Adreno 306 graphics processing unit and 2GB RAM.

Furthermore, the smartphone packs 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

4G LTE support is included too

But there's more to it, as Lenovo Vibe P1 will also include an 8-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.

The smartphone is said to measure 143 x 72 x 9.35mm and it will weigh 148g (battery included). If you think the Vibe P1 is slightly heavier than it should, that's because the phone will be powered by a high-capacity 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging capability.

Last but not least, Lenovo Vibe P1 has been confirmed to sport a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution.

Since the smartphone has already been certified by TENAA, we expect Lenovo to introduce the Vibe P1 in the coming weeks, but it's unclear whether or not it will go on sale outside China.
