LEGO Jurassic World, developed by TT Games and published by Warner Bros., has been the sensation of the summer season in the United Kingdom, managing to spend a lot of weeks at the top of the sales chart, mostly because of the incredible popularity of the movie with the same name.

The title gives gamers a chance to explore all the four core entries in the series, using, of course, the well-known bricks to create both the environments and the characters, and the gameplay is designed to even work with dinosaur protagonists.

Grand Theft Auto V, the open-world title from Rockstar, continues to sit in second place for the week that ended on August 22, according to UKIE, and its sales might get a boost when the Editor, which is at the moment available on the PC, will also be offered on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 in September.

The last position on the podium belongs to Batman: Arkham Knight, another Warner Bros. title, this time created by Rocksteady.

The developers are currently testing a patch that should make the PC version of the title playable for most gamers, and there's also new downloadable content set to be introduced before the end of September.

The best of the rest

Battlefield Hardline, the first-person shooter from Visceral Games and Electronic Arts, is in fourth place, a solid increase of three positions, as the two companies are getting ready to launch the new Robbery DLC.

The Xbox edition of indie hit Minecraft has again performed well in order to move from eighth to fifth and is followed by a steadily declining FIFA 15, which is feeling that a new installment in the series is arriving at the end of September.

The PlayStation version of Minecraft sits in seventh, climbing two positions, and Dying Light has managed to move from tenth to eighth.

The Elder Scrolls Online, the MMO from ZeniMax Online and Bethesda, has dropped from third to ninth.

The final position in the United Kingdom top ten is occupied by Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare from Sledgehammer Games and Activision, which will get its final piece of DLC on the PC and the PlayStation 4 at the beginning of September.
