Nokia is expected to reveal its first true Android smartphone next year, and some rumors claim that the device will have truly impressive specs. The upcoming phone won’t disappoint when it comes to its design, as leaked renders reveal.

The renders surfaced on Chinese social network Weibo (via GizmoChina) and show the smartphone in a burgundy colored body with a dual-camera setup on the back. Images show the phone having a high screen-to-body ratio, as the display appears to take up most of the front panel.

The pictures appear to portray a conceptual design, rather than an actual device. However, recent rumors have shown that Nokia has already built the prototype for the C1, which means that the phone could become reality soon.

It also appears to come with power buttons and volume rockers on the side, as well as USB Type-C port on the bottom and a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone is expected to be made available worldwide and Nokia could release a Windows 10 Mobile variant of the Nokia C1 for selected markets.

Nokia C1 could run Snapdragon 830 SoC and have a 3,210mAh battery

Nokia’s highly anticipated C1 phone won’t disappoint when it comes to specs, as it is said to run Snapdragon 830 SoC and come in multiple variants, depending on storage. It could feature 32GB, 64GB or 128GB storage, but RAM capacity will be limited to 4GB on all variants.

The smartphone is also said to draw power from a 3,210mAh battery and have dual-rear cameras with 12 and 16MP sensors, together with a triple-LED Xenon flash for low-light conditions. Front camera capacity is said to reach 5MP. Nokia is expected to release the C1 running Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box, most likely in the first quarter of 2017.
