14 DAY TRIAL // As teased earlier today, Polish studio CD Projekt Red has just revealed a fresh gameplay video for the first expansion of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, in the form of Hearts of Stone. As you can see in the footage below, the new add-on is filled with intense moments.
The Witcher fans were treated to the third major installment in the series back in May across PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Since then, plenty of different updates and patches appeared from the Polish studio, not to mention many free DLC packs that added all sorts of fresh things to the already sprawling RPG.
Next week, the first major expansion is coming, in the form of Hearts of Stone. The studio already shared plenty of details, screenshots, and even a video of the premium add-on.

Now, the latest gameplay trailer has just been showcased, further showcasing the action that's packed into the expansion, not to mention the main story and its most important characters, besides protagonist Geralt of Rivia.
"Step again into the shoes of Geralt of Rivia, a professional monster slayer, this time hired to defeat a ruthless bandit captain, Olgierd von Everec. This expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt packs over 10 hours of new adventures, introducing new characters, powerful monsters, unique romance and a brand new storyline shaped by your choices," the developer explains about the new add-on.
Hearts of Stone adds a lot of adventures to the RPG and is filled with story missions, not to mention secondary quests, new environments, enemies, allies, and even Gwent cards for fans to collect.
The Hearts of Stone add-on for The Witcher 3 rolls out worldwide across PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 13. The second big expansion, Blood and Wine, is scheduled to launch in early 2016 and should add about 20 more hours to the RPG. They can be purchased separately or as part of an Expansion Pass bundle.
