14 DAY TRIAL // In case there was still any doubt that 17-year-old Kylie Jenner was dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga, they’re making it official - on the red carpet in Cannes, no less. Attached is their first outing as a couple at a social event and it seems it got the blessing of momager Kris Jenner.
Kylie and Tyga, and Kris and beau Corey Gamble, showed up at the Daily Mail yacht for a party celebrating the launch of a Daily Mail-branded TV show. Kim Kardashian was also in town, because she was booked for a seminar in which she talked about the bikini selfies she posts to Instagram. Riveting stuff.
Kylie and Tyga are officially a couple
The reason the Kylie-Tyga relationship is getting so much attention is that she’s underage. Moreover, they reportedly started dating when she was 15 or 16, which means that Tyga could be charged with statutory rape, should anyone file a formal complaint with the police.
They shut down talk of a romantic relationship in the past and even tried to hide from the paparazzi, but in recent months, as Kylie’s 18th birthday is drawing near, they no longer care about keeping it from the media.
Tyga may have even rapped about their amazing love life on his latest album, which dropped online without an announcement as he and his girlfriend touched town in France for this event.
If they’re romantically involved and have been so for a while, it happened with approval from mother / manager Kris Jenner. Their first outing as a couple, with Kris by their side, confirms that.
Kylie takes a fashion risk
For weeks now, the Internet has been flooded with comments on how Kylie is starting to look very much like her older half-sister Kim. She got her lips plumped up and she is believed to be getting Botox on the regular, in addition to having had her breasts and derriere enhanced surgically.
Kylie is also trying to replicate Kim’s sartorial style, as her latest appearance confirms: for this event, she wore a 2-piece see-through gown that had actually been designed for Kim and that she ended up with because it didn’t fit the older sister.
It was clearly something that Kim would have worn on a red carpet, as she is a huge fan of everything see-through and the hot “naked dress” trend. Basically, Kylie showed up in panties and a bra.
