14 DAY TRIAL // Talk about an unexpected twist in the ongoing Kourtney Kardashian - Scott Disick relationship drama! The 2 ended their 9-year romance a couple of weeks ago, but Kourtney is now having to deal with the reality of being pregnant with Scott’s 4th child, the latest print issue of Life & Style Magazine claims.
She doesn’t want to reconcile with Scott and she’s taking all necessary steps to limit his time with the children, at least for now, until he gets help for what she considers a raging drug and alcohol addiction. (Quotes via Jezebel)
Kourtney wants out of the relationship, she’s petrified
Scott has always been somewhat of a party animal, but it all reached a boiling point earlier this month, when she went on vacation with his posse and an ex-girlfriend, and without the family.
Before this happened, he and Kourtney spent one night together after what an insider describes as a “rare moment when Scott was being charming.” As photos of Scott and the aforementioned ex getting handsy on vacation emerged in the press, Kourtney was back home with the kids, wondering about his whereabouts.
Also then, she realized she’d missed her period and found out that she was expecting again.
“The thought of having another child with him is giving her a panic attack,” says a spy. “She’s completely stunned. She’s definitely not ‘down’ with having Scott as her baby daddy anymore. Kourtney wants their relationship to end, not to have another reason to have to deal with him.”
Apparently, at the time the insiders came forward with the shocking news, Scott hadn’t even been told that he was about to become a father for the fourth time. Assuming he doesn’t read Internet gossip or Life & Style, he probably doesn’t know to this day.
Kourtney is serious about cutting all ties with Scott
All rumors aside, Kourtney has been seen visiting the offices of “disso queen” / top Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Kourtney and Scott weren’t married, but they will still have plenty of arrangements to make in the aftermath of the split, from the custody of the children to splitting up property.
Wasser has repped both Kim and Khloe Kardashian in their divorces from Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, respectively, so Kourtney is probably thinking she’s hiring the best to get what she wants. And what she wants is sole custody of the children and limited visitation (for now) for Scott.
“The Lord” checked himself into rehab earlier this year after a series of disastrous appearances, but he eventually left before finishing the program, citing he was “too busy” for treatment. He continued partying instead.
Kourtney doesn’t want him around the children like this, and Wasser will help her get a judge to see things her way.
