Well-known publisher and developer KONAMI has just announced the release of special card packs for the 2nd anniversary of Star Wars: Force Collection, a popular mobile game available on both Android and iOS platforms.

Along with the special card packs, KONAMI also announced it would launch various promotions as well as a new Raid Boss event accessible until September 9.

So, here are some of the promotions that Star Wars: Force Collection developers have in plan for players in the next couple of days.

First of all, 5-Star Leia Organa and Boba Fett cards will now be available in premium card packs for certain lucky players. Long-time players probably know by now that these two cards boast powerful stats as well as original character illustration.

Also, players will now have a chance to obtain exclusive 5-Star Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine cards that are included in Ally Points (AP) card packs. Moreover, players who participate in battles will receive 200 AP per battle, or 300 AP if victorious.

There's also a New Era 11 Card Pack available for 3,000 crystals, so players who have completed the Players’ Choice Card Survey may see some familiar cards in their pack.

KONAMI also announced that the Redraw Card Pack and Redraw 6-Card Pack feature is 50 percent off up to five purchases.

Grab the new rewards throughout the week

In addition, a new “Destroy the Death Star” Raid Boss event is now live. Players will automatically participate in the event after drawing cards from the 10-Card AP Card Pack, and must work together and draw AP Card Packs in order to defeat the notorious space station.

Keep in mind that if the Death Star is successfully defeated, all participants will receive a personal Diamond Card Pack ticket.

According to KONAMI, a single anniversary 5-star card will be gifted to players who logged on September 2, while 3,000 AP, vehicle parts and card pack tickets will be gifted to players who log in throughout the week.

Last but not least, players will receive rewards based on how old their accounts are, ranging from training remotes to a Diamond Card Pack ticket for the most dedicated Star Wars: Force Collection players.

You can now download Star Wars: Force Collection for Android for free via Google Play Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.

For iOS users, the game can be downloaded for free via App Store. It should work smoothly on all devices running iOS 5.1.1 or later.
