The SDDM 0.14 display manager is now supported

Today, September 13, 2016, the KDE development team proudly announced the release and immediate availability of the last maintenance update to the KDE Plasma 5.7 desktop environment series.

Yes, you're reading it right, KDE Plasma 5.7.5 is here, and it brings the bug fixes for the month of September, improving the themes list to be compatible with the SDDM 0.14 display manager, the status notifier items and Weather widget in Plasma Workspace, the Breeze icons, as well as the Wayland integration (KWayland-integration).

Core KDE Plasma 5 components like Plasma Addons, the KWin window manager, the Oxygen theme, plasma-integration, kde-cli-tools (command-line utilities), and Plasma NetworkManager (plasma-nm) also received various improvements in today's KDE Plasma 5.7.5 update, which is already available in the Arch Linux repositories.

After that, the final release of KDE Plasma 5.8 LTS is hitting the streets for the rest of the world on October 4, 2016, with many goodies.
