Today, October 10, KDE was proud to announce the release and immediate availability for download of the KDE Frameworks 5.15.0 toolkit for the latest KDE Plasma 5 desktop environment.

As you probably know already, KDE releases new KDE Frameworks versions at the beginning of each month, preceded by new KDE Applications and KDE Plasma builds, and according to the changelog, KDE Frameworks 5.15.0 is a massive release that brings a great number of improvements and fixes some of the most annoying bugs that have been reported by users since the previous version of the software, KDE Frameworks 5.14.0.

KDE Frameworks 5.15.0 has improvements for many of its core components, including Plasma Framework, KActivities, KIO, KHTML, KConfig, KNotification, KCrash, KWindowSystem, KNotifyConfig, KDESU, Baloo, KDesignerPlugin, KDED, KFileMetaData, KXMLGUI, KWallet Framework, BluezQt, KCodecs, KCoreAddons, KService, KDeclarative, KTextEditor, KI18n, KWidgetsAddons, KDE GUI Addons, NetworkManagerQt, and Sonnet.

"KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 5.15.0.
