14 DAY TRIAL // Miley Cyrus has a new album to promote, the one she dropped free of charge at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, so she hosted the season premiere of NBC’s Saturday Night Live this weekend.
She was also the musical guest, so that meant double the dose of the usual stuff Miley always brings to the table, i.e. weed jokes, crazy outfits and candid talk on a variety of topics.
However, the episode stood out for another reason as well, namely a very special cameo from none other than Hillary Clinton, who hopes to become America’s first female President in the 2016 elections.
You can see it in the skit in the video below. In true art-imitates-life form, Kate McKinnon, doing a very convincing Hillary Clinton, was at a bar drinking her sorrows after a hard day’s work, when the real Hillary Clinton showed up.
She was playing bartender Val, but as it turns out, she can do as mean an impression of Donald Trump as McKinnon does of Hillary Clinton. The whole exchange was too funny to spoil it with too long an introduction, but suffice it to say that Trump wasn’t amused to see his rival in the polls mock him on such a popular show as SNL is.
His tweet on the topic speaks volumes to that.
