He headlined Glastonbury 2015, proclaimed himself rock star

Kanye West headlined Britain’s Glastonbury 2015 festival over the weekend, and since he took the time to proclaim himself the “greatest rock star alive on the planet right now,” he also “treated” fans to a cover of one of Queen’s biggest hits, “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

It wasn’t the best thing he ever did, because as you can see from the video below, Kanye is not much of a singer.

In fact, if you think about it, not once did he show signs of being a singer at all, so why he’d choose this occasion to put himself on the spot like this is baffling. He must have known that almost 140,000 have signed a petition to get him booted from Glastonbury because he was considered an offense to the other, real musicians booked to perform.

He could have spared himself the trouble of giving them even more ammunition against him.

Luckily for Kanye, he counted on an audience that knew all the words to the song, and more importantly, were willing to sing for him.

In the end, we should probably be grateful that this happened, because otherwise, we might have had to subject ourselves to even more of Kanye’s non-existent singing.
