Pressure on him to get healthy is increasing, claims report

Jonah Hill has long proved that he’s more than just a one-trick pony when it comes to his range as an actor, having established himself as one of the most promising young actors out there - writer and producer, too.

However, according to a new report in the print issue of The National Enquirer (story via StarPulse), his popularity with industry peers is taking a hit because of his recent and very worrying weight gain. Above is a photo of Hill on the set of a new movie, taken this summer.

Rumor has it that he’s now at his heaviest, which troubles his closest friends because they fear for his health. His management must also be worried, if the above report is accurate, because being so overweight is ending up costing Hill movie roles.

After all, because he tips the scales at over 300 pounds (136 kg), the options for the movies he can make must be very limited.

“Nobody wants to risk casting an actor who can't fit into an airplane seat,” a spy says. “Jonah better keep losing weight because you have to be a star like Leonardo DiCaprio to get loaned a private jet!”

Of course, if Hill’s career is in trouble because of his weight, it probably has very little to do with finding ways to travel around the world and more with the kind of roles he can actually take on.

Last month, another report claimed that Hill understood he was under pressure to lose weight and that he had asked Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to be his “trainer.” We’ll probably see if there was any truth to that very soon, on his next public appearance or paparazzi sighting.
