The waiting is almost over: Janet Jackson’s first album in many years, which has come to be considered her “comeback” to the spotlight, will be out in one week’s time, on October 2. Until fans get to enjoy “Unbreakable” in full, Janet has something very special to tie them over.

It’s a collaboration with Missy Elliott, which she’s been teasing on social media for many days now. It’s called “Burnitup!,” it’s club-ready, it’s awesome and, more importantly, it’s out in full today. You can check it out below.

Janet first teased the track on August 31, when she kicked off the Unbreakable World Tour in Vancouver, with confirmation of Missy’s involvement coming when the “Unbreakable” tracklisting was made official.

Today, the fans have the chance to see what Janet and Missy have got cooking for them. “Burnitup!” is like a double treat because Missy has also been taking time off from recording because of health issues: her last solo release was in 2008, but she did a cameo on Faith Evans’ “I Deserve It” in 2014.

The leading single off “Unbreakable” is “No Sleep,” an R&B ballad in Janet’s typical sound, which she dedicated to her husband Wissam Al Mana.

No word yet on whether “Burnitup!” would also be getting a music video, so fans can only hope they will see Janet flexing those dancing muscles again.
