Rich King Casting is holding auditions for extras in the upcoming biopic "jOBS: Get Inspired." The main requirement is to be a bit of a hipster. A retro car will give you a leg up.

A Forbes feature on Apple published late last week points out to a casting for “a movie in Silicon Valley/Palo Alto based on Steven Jobs.”

That would be the Five Star Feature biopic starring Ashton Kutcher as a prime-time Steve Jobs with a vision of changing the world.

It had previously been reported that part of the movie would be shot in the actual Los Altos home of the late Apple co-founder, particularly in the garage where he and Steve Wozniak co-founded Apple Computer, the company.

Reports also say that the role of Woz would be played by Josh Gad, and actress Ahna O’Reilly, best known for her appearance in The Help, would star as Chris-Ann Brennan, Steve Jobs’ girlfriend.

Extras are now needed to complete the cast. If you’ve got a retro look and the car to back it, Rich King Casting wants you to pitch in. The description reads:

“Works the week of June 4th – 8th. Film takes place in the 70′s. Looking for the 70′s look – longish hair, sideburns etc. Also looking for People who have 1965 to 1973′s cars. There is Pay when working and meals included.”

The casting agency asks interested parties to “forward photo-contact number and if you have the 1965 to 1973 cars forward them as well.”

The compensation is minimum wage, and the job is part-time. Should be no problem for the Apple fanatic looking to do his / her bit in depicting the life of Steve Jobs as portrayed in various documentaries.

Recruiters are asked not to contact the job poster and they specifically ask that no phone calls should be made about this job. All they want is the pictures. If they like your mug (and your ride), they’ll call you. Get started here.
